Sweet baby Rome turned 1. Even though it was a little crazy for his mama getting the party set up (change of location, busy parks, etc) the party was fantastic. Avery had his last soccer game complete with pizza party, so he and Daddy had to miss. Viv had a great time playing with the bubbles and the ride on four wheeler was definitely the big hit of the day. Of all the 1 year old cake smashes, Rome did the best. The cake was decimated and his dog Nollie had her fair share of the birthday cake. Rome was wiped out by the end of the party and fell asleep in his wagon. It was terribly cute. Viv and I had rode my bike to the party and she was sleepy as well and started to drift off on the way home, proclaiming, "TOO BUMPY" when I hit a rough patch in the road. It was a great party and a great way to celebrate Rome turning 1.
