st. mary's glacier

I took an indulgent, glorious trip to St. Mary's Glacier all by myself. It was amazing. I hiked up to the glacier, walked in the woods and took some photographs. Nature photography is much harder than I expected and getting the tripod set up in various locations took a really long time, but I think I got some decent shots. This really was a great day to regroup and enjoy some much needed solitude. I'm hoping that as the kids get older, we will do more and more of these kids of adventures.
