family indidocunite

Rahul tutoring the men in the techniques of Indian cooking. Scott will be sticking to nachos and fajitas.

Our attempt at a group shot.

Love this shot of Viv

Right before dinner we gave the kids a bath (I have darling pics of the 'kid soup' but decided not to post them to protect their growing modesty) and after, Sister was cold, so Avery wrapped her in his towel.
Typically, Heather, Cheney, Jovina and I get together about once a month to eat Indian Food and watch documentary movies. There are also Italian Margaritas. It is a fabulous tradition. However, we thought it would be fun to get all of our families together along with a few other friends for a Family Indidocunite Extravaganza. The men would cook. The women would drink. The kids would play. It was fantastic. Not nearly as luxurious and relaxing as our typical Indidocunites, but it was a welcome change of pace. Plus, the food was amazing.
